Successful Kick Start Campaign!

Ted Minier, OGS Development Committee Chair, has announced that the Isaly “kick start” campaign to pay off half of our $600,000 USDA Rural Development loan on our library building construction project was successful! We surpassed our goal and have brought in $369,704 in Building Fund donations during the 2011-2013 time frame. Our lead donor and library namesake, Sam Isaly, immediately emailed his congratulations and is committing to his 10% kick start match. We still have approximately $230,000 to raise before we can “burn that mortgage!”
